Familia Samson a suferit destul. În septembrie v-am informat privind coșmarul acestei familii. De atunci coșmarul continuă.

În septembrie am înaintat o Petiție semnată de peste 1.600 de români din toată lumea Primului Ministru al Suediei, în care am solicitat eliberarea imediată a copiilor familiei Samson din custodia autorităților de protecție a copiilor.

După o lună, Cancelaria Primului Ministru mi-a comunicat că nu poate interveni în cazul familiei deoarece chestiunea este una de competență locală.

Pe 6 noiembrie am înaintat aceeași Petiție autorităților locale din Suedia cu aceeași pledoarie: eliberarea imediată a copiilor.

Între timp, Familia Samson a acționat la CEDO.

Nădăjduim ca autoritățile suedeze să dovedească compasiune și bun simț și să elibereze cât mai curând copiii.

Mulțumim celor peste 1.600 de români din toată lumea care au semnat Petiția.

Dear Officials,

On September 5, 2025 I served on the Office of Sweden’s Prime Minister the attached Petition for the Release of the Samson Children. On October 3, 2025 I received the enclosed note from the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs suggesting the matter be addressed directly with your office.

I am complying with the Ministry’s suggestion and I refer you to the attached Petition. Please consider this Petition as a formal Petition addressed to Socialförvaltningen, particularly your office, with the respectful request that the children of the Samson Family be immediately returned to the custody of their parents.

As you are also probably aware, the Samson Family filed a claim against your institution with the European Court of Human Rights. (A copy of the Court’s Notice is attached) The ECHR protocols require that good faith settlement attempts be made before proceeding to the merits. The Samson Family already has an attorney representing it before the ECHR, and the opportunity to resolve the situation is, therefore, all the more urgent.

We hope you will find our Petition compelling and will release the children soon. Please respond within a reasonable time by email or WhattsApp.
